For part-time employees (both over and under 18 years old), most shifts are scheduled on weekends and holidays. This is when the store experiences the highest volume of customers, and we need more staff on duty.
Everyone must work either Saturday or Sunday, and then you will have one full weekend off each month.
A shift schedule is released approximately six weeks in advance, and we try to accommodate everyone’s requests as much as possible. We have a good culture of swapping shifts and helping each other out.
We offer full-time positions (minimum 32 hours) to employees who take on responsibilities as store managers. As a store manager, you share the responsibility for the daily operations of the store with 1-2 other store managers. Store managers are responsible for quality assurance but do not have personnel or budget responsibilities.
